Helping Humans Heal, Find Peace, and Love Themselves.
At Trauma Transcendence Therapy™, I help adults and couples heal from childhood and relational trauma, attachment wounds, and painful relationship patterns. Many of the clients I work with understand where their patterns come from but still struggle with anxiety, people pleasing, shame, difficulty trusting, fear of abandonment, or feeling safe and secure in their relationships. Others are healing from sexual trauma, betrayal, grief, or experiences within emotionally immature or dysfunctional family systems.
As an EMDR Certified Therapist with additional training in Attachment-Focused EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients move beyond simply understanding their patterns toward deeper emotional healing and lasting change. My approach may also integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spirituality when desired to support healing of both the mind and nervous system.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I believe meaningful healing happens when you feel safe enough to explore your story without judgment while also gently challenging the patterns that may no longer be serving you.
Together, we may work toward:
Building greater self-trust and emotional safety
Healing childhood, relational, and attachment wounds
Breaking painful relationship and people-pleasing patterns
Developing healthier boundaries and more secure relationships
Reconnecting with yourself, your needs, and your sense of identity
Processing experiences that still feel emotionally unresolved
Whether we're working individually or as a couple, our work will be tailored to your unique experiences, relationships, and goals. My hope is not simply that you understand why you feel the way you do, but that healing begins to feel different in your everyday life.
